The path the book follows
Five stages, from scattered to steady. Each chapter moves you one step along it.
- EntropyMany arrows: scattered attention, effort cancelling itself out.↓
- DiscriminationFewer signals: attention selected, noise filtered.↓
- GravityAttention begins returning to centre and staying there.↓
- DensityLess noise, more depth: the same you over less, going deeper.↓
- Prime MoverIntentional action: you are the cause of your day, not its effect.
How to read the two layers
Read the plain-language version first. Every chapter opens with a Core Idea and a Human Takeaway, translates each physics idea once into everyday words, ends with a practice you can try in under a minute, and closes with a real-world example. When you want the full argument, the deep version follows on the same page: the same chapter as the author drafted it, with the equations, the Raja Yoga terms, and the diagrams intact. Chapter 1’s deep version is open to all; the others ask you to sign in first, which is free.

The Physics of Inner Authority
"The loudest noise in human existence is not the roar of external chaos, but the silent, constant grinding of an internal engine operating out of alignment."
For centuries, the human quest for peace, self-mastery, and power has been split between two opposing domains. On one side stands the world of spirituality and metaphysics—rich in wisdom, yet often cloaked in moralistic dogma, passive endurance, or mystical abstraction. On the other side stands the modern pragmatic domain—relentless, metric-driven, and obsessed with output, yet often leaving the practitioner spiritually bankrupt, perpetually anxious, and structurally exhausted.
The Inward Singularity / Core Gravity was born at the intersection of these two worlds.
It does not ask you to abandon your worldly ambitions, retreat to a mountain top, or adopt a system of blind faith. Nor does it ask you to grind harder, double down on frantic calendar management, or force your way through life using the fragile, high-burn fuel of brute-force willpower.
Instead, it proposes a fundamental shift in perspective: a secular, systems-physics framework for human consciousness.
By viewing your mind, your choices, and your internal state through the lens of gravitational dynamics, field resistance, and zero-entropy execution, we replace vague promises with precise engineering. You will come to see that peace is not a passive luxury—it is the signature of zero internal drag. You will realise that real power is not the ability to force your will upon others, but the absolute, unshakeable density of an internal core that refuses to be shifted by external turbulence.
This book is a manual for the Prime Mover—the individual who chooses to stop living as an effect reacting to circumstances, and steps forward as the original cause of their own trajectory.

The Crisis of Peripheral Drag
The Distributed Self
Look around you—and look honestly within yourself.
The primary condition of modern human existence is fragmentation. Your attention is pulled into a thousand disparate directions by notifications, social obligations, financial anxieties, career demands, and the ghosts of old choices. You exist on the frantic, scattered periphery of your life, reacting to whatever fire burns brightest in any given hour.
Physicists refer to this state as high entropy: a condition where available energy is dispersed into chaotic, useless motion. In human terms, it feels like constant friction. You move fast, yet you feel stalled. You accomplish goals, yet the baseline satisfaction never arrives. You defend your reputation, your past choices, and your fragile identity, wondering why everyday existence requires such exhausting, relentless effort.
The fundamental error is not that you are incapable, undisciplined, or unlucky. The error is structural.
You have built your entire sense of self on the periphery—on external telemetry like status, income, public approval, and short-term victories—while leaving your internal engine completely unmonitored and unanchored. You are operating as a diffuse, low-density cloud of energy, easily blown off course by every passing environmental wind.

[ LOW DENSITY CLOUD ] ──► [ REACTIVE TURBULENCE ]The Singularity Option
In astrophysics, when a massive star exhausts its outer fuel, it faces a choice between dispersion or collapse. When its internal gravity pulls every particle inward towards a central point, it reaches a threshold of infinite density—a Singularity.
A Singularity does not fight the space around it. It does not argue, defend, or scramble for control. By virtue of its immense, concentrated mass, it creates a gravitational well so intense that space itself bends around it.

[ GRAVITATIONAL WELL ] ──► [ BENDS ENVIRONMENT ]This book is an invitation to execute your own internal collapse: to pull your scattered awareness away from the chaotic periphery and anchor it into an unshakeable point-mass behind your eyes—the Inward Singularity.
When you shift your centre of gravity from the external world into this sovereign core:
- Friction drops to zero: You stop generating reactive karma, defensive arguments, and wasted mental chatter (S → 0).
- Mass density becomes absolute: External opinions, sudden crises, and ambient chaos lose the ability to disturb your baseline stillness.
- You become the Prime Mover: You stop responding to the momentum of the past and begin launching clean, unyielding causal vectors into the present.
How to Read This Book
The Inward Singularity is structured into three distinct, progressive parts:
- Part I: The Mechanics of Exhaustion (Chapters 1–3) deconstructs the mechanics of peripheral scatter and establishes the physics of inner mass density.
- Part II: The 8 Sovereign Powers (Chapters 4–8) examines internal drag, Karmic field resistance, intellectual noise, and how to cultivate absolute environmental immunity.
- Part III: Living as a Prime Mover (Chapters 9–11) provides the practical playbook—from real-time telemetry tracking (the 4 Sovereign KPIs) to zero-entropy daily time and energy architecture—and unifies the framework into a lifelong operational stance.
Approach this material not as abstract philosophy to be passively read, but as a system spec to be rigorously tested in the lab of your daily life. Apply the protocols, run the telemetry, and observe the immediate transformation in your internal stability and external execution.
It is time to pull back your energy from the noise. It is time to step into your mass.
Welcome to The Inward Singularity.
A note on where the practices come from
The practice underneath this book is Raja Yoga as taught by the Brahma Kumaris, which I have followed for over ten years. It worked, and this book is my own translation of what it did into the language of physics. It is a personal interpretation of some of that philosophy, written by a practitioner, and it is not an official publication of the Brahma Kumaris. The physics framing, and any errors, are mine.
You do not need to share the philosophy to use the practice. Where a term from the tradition appears, it is named once, explained in a line, and then set aside so the chapter reads cleanly for anyone. Nothing in the daily routine asks you to hold a belief.
If the practices lead you to deeper questions, the Brahma Kumaris offers a living tradition and community in which to explore them further, at brahmakumaris.com.
